Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

'Win £500' Prize Draw - Terms and Conditions  

  • To be eligible, you must complete in full the on-line data capture coupon, including all mandatory fields highlighted with an asterisk.
  • Alternatively you can enter by writing to the Marketing Department at UIA (Insurance) Ltd, Kings Court, London Rd, Stevenage SG1 2TP, telling us your name, address, union membership number and home insurance renewal date.
  • The closing date for entries is 30th June 2012.
  • One entry is permitted per household. The draw is not open to employees of UIA (Insurance) Ltd and UIA (Call Centres) Ltd, their agents or families.
  • No liability can be accepted for entries lost, delayed or damaged either entered on-line or posted.
  • This is a one off prize draw for £500, payable by cheque.
  • The winner of the draw will be selected at random on the 6th July 2012 and notified in writing within 7 days.
  • For details of the winner, please send a SAE, no later than 31st July 2012 to: Spring 2012 Prize Draw Winner, Marketing Dept., UIA (Insurance) Ltd, Kings Court, London Rd, Stevenage SG1 2TP.
  • Any queries relating to this draw should be sent to the Marketing Department at the above address.
  • The winners may be asked to participate in promotional publicity relating to this promotion.
  • UIA (Insurance) Ltd reserves the right in its reasonable discretion to substitute any prize with an alternative prize of equal value.
  • UIA (Insurance) Ltd reserves the right to amend the prize draw terms and conditions and to withdraw the prize at any time.
