- To be eligible, you must complete in full the on-line data capture coupon, including all mandatory fields highlighted with an asterisk.
- Alternatively you can enter by writing to the Marketing Department at UIA (Insurance) Ltd, Kings Court, London Rd, Stevenage SG1 2TP, telling us your name, address, union membership number and home insurance renewal date.
- The closing date for entries is 30th June 2012.
- One entry is permitted per household. The draw is not open to employees of UIA (Insurance) Ltd and UIA (Call Centres) Ltd, their agents or families.
- No liability can be accepted for entries lost, delayed or damaged either entered on-line or posted.
- This is a one off prize draw for £500, payable by cheque.
- The winner of the draw will be selected at random on the 6th July 2012 and notified in writing within 7 days.
