Our claims department is staffed with veterinary nurses so that you can rely on expert and professional help. When you need to make a claim simply call us on 0844 335 1201* and we will take the details over the telephone. We send you a pre-printed claim form for your signature and if you prefer we settle the bill directly with the vet.
* Telephone lines are open Monday to Friday 8.00am to 8.00pm, Saturday 9.00am to 5.00pm, Sunday and Public Holidays closed. Calls from a BT landline during off-peak hours are around 7p per minute. Calls at other times and from different service providers, including mobiles, may vary. Calls may be recorded for training and monitoring purposes.
